Eureka Team
All the Eureka Team are people who have backgrounds in business and enterprise. As such we are well placed to bring that expertise and experience into the classroom. We believe this is important and it's where teachers value the additional input to their own core skills and abilities. The Eureka team are also people with a real affinity for, and understanding of the education environment. All of us are parents, and most have been working with the education sector for many years. All our team are CRB checked.
We have a wide team based all around the county; what we seek to give you here is a feel for some of the key players:
Patricia Seabright - Director
Patricia spent the early years of her working life in a successful career in sales and management within the consumer goods industry, working for household names such as Procter & Gamble, Gillette and Coca-Cola. She rose from a management trainee to senior management. Her experience included roles such as operational management, team and organisational management.
She went on to develop her passion for people and her consulting business now works with individuals and organisations to help them become more effective, particularly around their interactions with others (communication, influence, selling and presentation).
She has been a consultant to global companies such as Norwich Union, Playtex, Revlon and Nvidia, designing and delivering major development programmes.
As a mother of two, she feels strongly that our young people will need to be both academically well-qualified but also creative and entrepreneurial to thrive in the 21st century. She believes that Eureka has a role to play in helping achieve that.
She has delivered Eureka programmes for Primary and Secondary schools as well as councils working with NEET young people, so has a good understanding of the educational environment as well as the challenges that today's young people face.

Donna's strong account management skills will ensure that Eureka's products and services are tailored to your individual needs. Donna's input will help and support your management team to maximise their effectiveness, ensuring your school's enterprise strategy is in line with current Government thinking on Enterprise.

Recently Donna has worked with Eureka in designing and implementing development programmes for NEET young people. As a mother herself, Donna believes that Eureka's work is important and valuable in helping ensure all young people are optimally equipped to cope with the demands and opportunities of the commercial world.
Donna will work with you to ensure your specific needs and goals are met by Eureka, as well as ensuring the highest levels of service are always maintained.
Kirsten Whitehouse - Business Manager
Kirsten was born and raised in Germany, where she passed her Abitur (A-levels) in English, German, Mathematics and Philosophy before going on to study at the renowned University of Freiburg.

With a strong background in Sales and Marketing, Kirsten is also ideally placed to advise on the benefits of training with Eureka as well as why working towards our Level 1 Qualification, which we offer in cooperation with the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM), is an important stepping stone for young people who want to regain control of their life.
