At Eureka Youth we are the nurturers of the next generation... inspiring economic success in NEET young people by providing employability skills, qualifications and self-belief and commercial acumen, business and financial life skills in school children through games, play and activities.

Eureka is a motivated community-interest company specialising in delivering programmes for often disengaged and NEET young people, in order to give them a new outlook on life and the will and self-belief necessary to succeed and become economically self-sufficient.

• Developing life skills within young people is an integral part of our programme delivery. All our programmes teach practical skills in managing money and preparing young peoplefor work. In addition, they raise our students' self-esteem, confidence, problem-solving ability, motivation and communication skills through challenging games and activities, teamwork and goal setting.
• Our programmes help our learners in achieving nationally recognised (and on the QCF framework) ISMM qualification in various aspects of Sales, Marketing and Customer Services Skills to name but a few.
• We work together on interview techniques (including attitude and behaviour), creating good cvs and cover letters, and offer ongoing support in applying for appropriate jobs, work placements, apprenticeships and interviews.

• Youth programmes delivered through in-school classes, workshops, courses and customised programmes that offer participants exciting and engaging activities. These programmes are designed to develop personal finance, investing, entrepreneurial, business and real life skills within students of all ages.
