Sales & Marketing Programme
Whether young people decide to go into business or start their own enterprise or go into other professions, the ability to understand and influence others is a critical key to any successful career. This unique programme gives young people the opportunity to learn about business in a really practical and entertaining way by learning about sales and marketing and having the opportunity to leave the experience with a valuable qualification.
Programmes can be run at level 1 or level 2 and can be delivered with flexible configurations, modules and methodologies according to your requirements.
Objectives: By the end of a typical programme young people will:

Have acquired a basic understanding of the foundational commercial skills of sales and marketing

Understand what the jobs/ roles of sales and marketing are

Understand the different types of selling and marketing

Appreciate the ethical sales and marketing approaches

Be able to put together a basic persuasive structure to selling things and ideas

Will understand the 4P’s of marketing

Have practiced some sales skills

Had the opportunity to gain a Level 1 ISMM qualification recognised by the qualifications and curriculum authority

At the end of the programme, students will receive a sales and marketing qualification from the Institution of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM).
