We know that getting young people to participate in these type of programmes can be the hardest part of the challenge. We can support the organisation by doing that on your behalf via: 

Programme Structure

The structure and content of the programme can be tailored to meet the requirements of your organisation but to illustrate it the core programme is:

  • 1 day per session 
  • Over a 3 week period ( to allow consolidation time) 
  • With a 3 month follow up period 
  • 10-15 delegates

Positive Attitudes

Are foundational / coaching based approach that suggests options, empowerment and belief in having a choice?

    3. Video feedback/ voice coaching

 Understanding the World of Business

Approaches:

    1. E.g. how did the can of coke get onto the shop shelf?
    2. Day in the life / video of people in different functions
    3. Employability video
    4. Recruiting exercise
    5. Mock interviews / video feedback

Teamwork and Communication

Approaches:

    1. Video feedback
    2. Theatre based training - Fake it to make it
    3. Role play forum theatre
    4. Teamwork exercises – tower-build
