NEET Enrichment Programmes
Objectives
- To provide a programme for young people in the NEET category to help them build the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to better equip them to get a job and secure their economic well being.
- To support organisations such as Connexions or Youth Clubs to provide the programme in a flexible and bespoke way to fit with the relevant environment.
Engagement & Recruitment
We know that getting young people to participate in these type of programmes can be the hardest part of the challenge. We can support the organisation by doing that on your behalf via:
- Do research into what messages are going to be successful / what’s going to resonate with young people
- Marketing campaign via email/ text message to support any hard copy advertising done
- To provide incentives for the young people to join, making the programme Aspirational and fun.
Programme Structure
The structure and content of the programme can be tailored to meet the requirements of your organisation but to illustrate it the core programme is:
- 1 day per session
