Bespoke programmes from 1 day to 12 weeks that are designed to meet the needs of the organisations we serve such as schools councils or other agencies.

Programmes for schools that meet Ofsted requirements around enterprise and vocational education, that will help with raising the participation age

Programmes for councils and agencies that help resolve the pressing social and economic issues involved in youth unemployment

Programmes that use a huge variety of innovative approaches to ensure we engage and retain the engagement of young people by teaching the way they want to learn

Programme for “NEET” young people
This programme is particularly designed for ‘NEET’ (Not in Education, Employment or Training) young people to prepare and support them in getting jobs, apprenticeships or returning to education. The programmes are bespoke and designed to fit the needs of the specific client organisations, who can be schools, Connexions/Youth Support Services, councils or other agencies. Through these programme, NEET young people aged 16 – 24 will be provided with an inspiring experience, inspired with confidence, self belief and ambition.

The programme can cover any or all of these type of topics;

We feel that none of these topics can be particularly successful in themselves without addressing some often core elements around behaviour and attitude so learning on this topic is woven through any programme we run.
We deliver these programmes using methodologies that engage young people so we use games, we use technology, we use drama a whole range of innovative approaches to keep them interested and stimulated.

Programmes for “Pre- NEET” young people
This programme is particularly designed for young people 14-16 who are still in school and in danger of disengaging and hence not getting any qualifications , which in turn makes them likely to become ‘NEET’ (Not in Education, Employment or Training) when they leave school. This programme is about prevention rather than cure. The purpose of the programme is to help schools / PRU’s re-engage these young people to enable them participate at this critical life stage, to gain at least minimum qualifications and to gain valuable life skills. The programmes are bespoke and designed to fit the needs of the specific client organisations, which can be schools, offenders institutions, councils or other agencies.
The programme can cover any or all of these type of topics:
• Understanding business and career opportunities in the commercial world
• Goal setting ,Personal action planning
• CV development and interview skills for college
• Communication skills
• Self presentation
• Self awareness
• Money management
• Resilience
