Eureka's Mission

We help young people prepare for the real world.

Eureka is about nurturing the next generation, about bringing real commercial expertise and business experience into the class room, the holiday club, the youth centres and making it part young people's everyday experience.

Eureka is about inspiring self belief, commercial acumen, business and financial skills in young people.  We do this by designing programmes for each organisation we work with using play and games at a younger age and activities,challenges and business simulation for older young people.

For too long the worlds of education and businesses have been too far apart.There's a perception that the education system is not producing young people who are work-ready. Research by CBI reveals some sad facts about how employers see the employability of school-leavers.

• 74% said school leavers lack business awareness
• 50% said that young people don't have the commercial skills needed for work.

We can help Young People develop critical real world skills to ensure their future economic well being; working for themelves or others and making smart choices with the money they earn. We work with young people in schools and those who are outside the education system (NEET.)
